PlantGGD

The Plant Genome and Gene Duplication Database (PlantGGD) is a comprehensive platform for studying genome and gene duplication in green plants. As of release v1.0, PlantGGD hosts published genomes representing 834 plant species and provides a variety of web tools for performing pairwise genome alignment and synteny analysis, searching gene pairs, visualizing micro-/macrosynteny and Ks distribution, estimating Ks peaks and inferring ancient WGDs. In particular, PlantGGD provides an online version of DupGen_finder for easy and quick identification of different types of duplicated gene pairs. PlantDGD will be regularly updated with the newly released plant genomes.
